Shipping is FREE on all orders over $100!
- Shipping Fees: Shipping costs area flat rate of $8.00.
- Pre-order Items: Some of our products are available for pre-order before they arrive. If an item is available for pre-order, the expected ship date will be clearly listed on the product page.

- Shipment re-routes, address corrections, and shipment call-backs may not be available on Standard Delivery orders. If available, delivery of your order may be delayed an additional five business days. Please review your shipping information carefully before finalizing your order.

- Please note that delivery time estimates do not include additional processing time. Orders using economy shipping may take up to 4 business days to process. During major promotional events and holiday seasons, order validation and shipping may experience slight delays.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays & weekends. Orders received after 12 noon ET will begin processing the next business day. Please note that Mai Jewel Fashion is not responsible for any charges upon delivery due to forwarding addresses. Unfortunately, once placed, orders cannot be edited.

Shipping Issues
- If your order has shipped and you still haven’t received your package, please allow the carrier the posted time for delivery or contact us and we’ll try our best to help.
- Once your package is confirmed as delivered, we consider that order complete and we may be unable to provide a refund or reshipment if the package is missing.
- Please double check your address during checkout.
- Certain carriers (e.g. FedEx) provide a photo confirmation of delivery and if they have made an error, please contact us for assistance.
- For missing or lost packages that are confirmed as delivered to the correct address, we recommend contacting your financial institution for assistance.
- Shipping fees involved in making a return to maijewelfashion.com will not be reimbursed.
