Refund policy

Mai Jewel Fashion offers a 14-day return and exchange policy on eligible items.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in with all original purchase tags attached to items.
• All items will be inspected upon return. All returns are handled on a case-by-case basis and ultimately at Mai Jewel's team discretion, including determining whether an item is unworn and unwashed.
• Upon inspection and approval, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days.

All SALE, $5 & UNDER, JEWELRY items are final and are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

• Purchased Gift Cards are non-returnable and non-refundable, provided, however, that if a Gift Card does not function, we may, in our sole discretion replace it.
• The customer will be responsible for shipping fees associated with returning all items. Mai Jewel Fashion is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, theft, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.

Discounts
Coupon codes and offers must be applied at the time of purchase and may not be applied to previous orders. Customers may only apply one discount per order.

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to return eligible items.

• Or a refund to your original payment method
• Or an exchange for a different size or style. Your new item ships once we receive your return

• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Items received as exchanges cannot be refunded if returned again
